Medlife — Wrong medicine delivery and no return being taken after multiple requests

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: MEDICINES

The issue that I have experienced was: I ordered roseday tablets. However, medlife on its own delivered other medicine without my approval. On raising complaint and replacement, the executive came and took 1 packet out of 3 ordered. Other 2 packets are yet lying with me even after raising numerous complaints. Also, the Invoice medlife has sent is for roseday which is not even delivered.

It occurred on: 9/12/2020

Take back the wrong delivery and refund the amount.
