Medlife — Wrong Medicines delivered but refund still pending

I had placed an order on Medlife for medicines on 21st October, however wrong medicines were delivered to me on 23rd October. So I raised a complaint to return the medicines and initiate my refund. There was no action from them and I kept calling them again and again. The status in the app showed that the medicines were already picked up however the same was not the case. After so many calls they finally arranged to pick up the medicines and an executive came to pick up the medicines on 6th November, the same was then updated in the app and it was showing that medicines were picked up on 7th. Today it is 13th November and they are telling that they are yet to receive the medicines and so they can not initiate the refund. It has been more than 20 days and my refund has still not been initiated and they are telling that they can not initiate the refund without receiving the medicines. The fault is at their end and I am not getting my refund. Kindly help me with same.
