We placed order for medicines vide or0475rea-001a through Medlife app worth 4192/- for a patient to use in tour and travel for one year. While placing order we clearly requested to send recently manufactured product only. To our surprise we received jan 2018 manufactured product in feb 2019. When the call centre is questioned about this, they simply answered that it is not their responsibility as they lookafter sales only. As the parcel is opened in front of the delivery boy, he himself realised the fact and informed the call centre, for that the call centre people bombrded him. It all means the midlife wants to liquidate the old stock snatching the quality of the product and service for the benefit of manufacturer. Was this information helpful? | |||
