[Resolved] Medplus India — about pharmacy sales | |
Today i purchased a medicine of one brand as per prescription. When i asked for that. Brand the sales person said there is also an alternative available, but we told him that we want medicine as per prescription. He then searched and got. The medicine. Hence without checking he tries to sell different brand and it is not correct. I spent almost 45 min to buy a single medicine since only one sales person was attending and other were busy internal works. Manpower to be increased Was this information helpful? | |
