[Resolved] Medplus — UPI payment failed and money deducted in store

I have bought medicine worth 2075 in MedPlus store. I made payment through UPI paytm app. The payment showing successful in Paytm app but store keeper UPI machine shows transaction failed. I have been following up from few days with customer care. They just create tickets for every call. No response to the emails. Shared UPI reference number to them no update from MedPlus. Don't buy from MedPlus, doing Fraud with people. UPI reference no.[protected] Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
