[Resolved] Medplus India — Abuse during call for Order receipt complain
I purchased medicines from medplus of around 11000 mostly during the month of May (made a purchase of 8030 rupees on 26th may 2020). The issue is that the name on the order receipt was not mine though the phone number was mine. I asked for a name change on the order receipt but was told that it was my problem and was spoke to very unprofessionally. The customer care executive brashly denied to provide his name. This level o[censored]nprofessionalism is unprecedented. The call was made by me from my JIO sim to medplus customer care number [protected] on the 27th of May 2020 at around 4:00 pm.
