[Resolved] Medplus India — Customer Denied Emergency Medicine | |||
This is the second time MedPlus Staff has done this to me. I had a valid prescription for the medicines I required and the staff ( Premchand and Store in-charge) first told me that the medicine is there, get an updated prescription of today's date and I will give it to you. When I get an updated prescription, they tell we don't have the medicine do whatever u want. We won't sell it to you. Who are they to deney me medicine when I'm showing valid prescription? When I ask him who r you to deny me the medicine- he says I own this store. They don't understand the importance of psychiatric drugs and should be fired. I will be escalating this matter if serious action is not taken against these two employees. I t Was this information helpful? | |||
