[Resolved] Medplus India — Customer injured | |||
Hi MedPlus, My sister went to "MedPlus-Pharmacy-Valasaravakkam". She usually going to that branch shop. Yesterday she was injured by the shop door closing unexpectedly. The shopkeepers doesn't say anything about the door prob or even they didn't stick anything on the door. Another women customer only telling the door is not working, the bush or spring problem. This is how you provide customer service for people.? How worst your branch behaving like this. They didn't tell anything about the issues in the shop. Do u want us to hurt and get medicine from your shop itself.? This branch spoiling your MedPlus name. Take action on this branch and do best service for customers unless you will lose every customer.
