[Resolved] Medplus India — Damaged medicines | |
I have purchased medicines costing about 2500/- on 25.05.2017 vide tax Invoice no:[protected] at vijayapuri colony, vanasthalipuram hyd. The medicine carnisure 500mg tablets which were supplied are damaged and i approched to the shop on 01.06.2017. They replied that it is the fault of the Manufacturer and they could not replace it and do what ever you like. In this connection i am the regular customer of your shop for the last 6 years and every month i used to purchase medicines of rupees 2500/-. It is the responsibility of the sales man to replace the medicine when he has taken money. May be it is a small amount the reply given by the sales man is highly reprehensible. I expect a proper reply for my complaint at an early date otherwise it is presumed that you dont have any answer to my complaint. Customer id:5359722 Was this information helpful? | |
