[Resolved] Medplus India — Defective "ZOAMATES" Sachet | |
We bought "ZOAMATES" Sachet in Medplus Pharmacy (AVADI, Kamaraj Nagar) Branch in which some of the sachets that are defective and came bad smell from the pack. So we get replacement of the defective one. But that one also the same issue. So we come with the solution, asked them to refund my money. But the in- charge of the Medplus Pharmacy (AVADI, Kamaraj Nagar) Branch. Mr. Hari Babu is not responded properly. He did not give respect to the customers. He doesn't know how to handle the customer and how to give respect to the customers. And he had spoken very harshly with us and told us to get out of the pharmacy. After a long argument, we got a our refund money back. But we waited to get our money for more than 40 minutes. So I will suggest strictly to take some action to them giving the warning.
