I have made an order through medplusmart.com on 9th april with next day delivery. There is no update on delivery and haven’t delivered till date. There is no option for cancellation as well. Tried calling the customer care, no response. Mailed multiple times no response. Medicines are for 5 month old baby and need them immediately. Called multiple stores in nallagandla to understand if i can pick them up. Mobiles are switch off since 2 days.
Couldn’t fine a way to atleast communicate and help myself.
This is pure careless.
