[Resolved] Medplus India — Denied replacement of cracked Insulin cartridge | |
Hi team, Date - 14th september 2020 Medplus nagarbhavi 9th block branch I am a resident of kalyana nagar nagarabhavi, first of all i would like to thank the entire team of medplus bangalore for all their good efforts and for their good service till date. From the app i can see that between june 11 2019 to september 14 2020 the total bill amount towards medplus because of my purchases is rs 94, 049 and i have been a loyal customer of medplus nagarbhavi 9th block branch for the past 1.5 years at-least and the customer experience was good till date. I had purchased medecines and 2 cartridges of novomix 30 penfill 100 insulin on date : 4th september 2020 from medplus nagarbhavi 9th block branch and the total bill amount was rs2301. First cartridge worked fine and there was no issue. But looks like the 2nd cartridge had a crack in it and when my father tried to inject insulin today morning, the insulin came out of the cartridge. I immediately took the cartridge to the med-plus nagarbhavi 9th block store and the personnel at the store told that there was a crack in the cartridge. I requested the personnel to replace the cartridge for me. I explained the personnel that my dad has been injecting insulin past 20 years and also there is was no issue with needle/pen. But personnel kept on telling some stories which dint make sense to me. I requested the personnel to connect me to her higher ups so that i can speak to him directly. However the higher up person who spoke to me on the phone, also gave me some lame reasons, and asked me to come to store again at 1pm. Also the person whom i spoke on the phone asked me to complain to the manufacturer of the medicines if the cartridge had a crack in it. Being a customer who provided close to 1 lakh rupees business to medplus, i was expecting a replacement of the cartridge and a better customer care treatment. But i am sorry to say, with today's incident i lost all respect i had towards medplus company. If this is the injustice done to the customer, then i would no longer want to be a customer of medplus and also would bring the incident that happened to me to all my friends and relatives and to all resident of nagarabhavi bda layout, so that it wont happen to them also Request you to look into the matter and help me with a resolution for my complaint Was this information helpful? | |
