I am residing at saligramam. I used to buy heart tablets from nearby medplus stores and the address is given below: Shop no 586, durai arasan street, saligramam, chennai Phone :[protected] I placed orders on 15th sep 2018 by evening. I was asked to register them in a note book ledger which i did with my contact numbers. Normally i used to receive a confirmation of order through sms but nothing came till 18th sep 2018. When i contacted the shop, sales person who attended the call responded recklessly. Is it the way you treat your customer? I request your explanation.
