[Resolved] Medplus India — Double Payment taken by Medplus & no refund after 21 days | |||
Dear Concerned, This is to intimate you Medplus-Raghunathpur from Bhubaneswar, Odisha has taken double payment from me through Card payments both times. The worst part is nobody taking responsibility & making any commitment of returning the money. On 17th June I went to pick-up my medicines from Medplus & citing invalid transaction they took payments twice on two different cards of (Rs6742) two times against one invoice of Rs6742. After two days when I showed them two statements of different banks, they didn't agreed & asked me to wait for 7 days. Again after 7 days when I followed up with great difficulty they agreed on receiving double payment. But the worst part being it's 3 weeks now & there is no-refund. If they don't act & return my money asap & apologies, I have no other option than to go with Twitter & Legal. Regards Anup Mohapatra Was this information helpful? | |||
