Respected sir/Madam, My name is Purna Chandra Sardar.I would like to bring this to your notice that on 21 th Aug 2021.I ordered few medicine and your staff erroneously delivered (2no HUMINSULIN 30/70 instead of HUMAN MIXTURED 30/70) Invoice no-[protected] Dt-21/08/2021 when i noticed to exchange that medicine your store people told that One OTP send my Mob. No-- [protected] (which was i have provide to prepaire biil) but unfortunately due to some technical error OTP is not received my mobile . I requested that kindly resolve that problem and exchange my medicine. please find attached bill and images for your reference. and another Mob.
