[Resolved] Medplus India — Exchange of wrong tablets denied by medplus staff | |||
On 1.1.2021 we had purchased set of volibo, jote m forte along with waist belt worth 700+.The next day 02.01.2021 we had to return the belt due to some quality n type issue.It was told that cash cannot be refunded u can exchange the same with other tablets or any medicine. So we asked to buy volibo and glycomet.Soon after 1 hour we realised that it was not glycomet and its jote-m-forte.The lady staff at centre said thatthe person who has given tablets has left already and she will get it exchanged next day.Next day being sunday and its near workplace where i had purchased we went for the same today on 4.01.2021 the same lady and the other staff are so rude to us n denied for exchanging the same.Since years we have been transacting with medplus and we regret to inform you about the rude behaviour and loss of about 300+ amount. It was purchased under [protected] and u can trace the treansactions every month.Kindly solve this issue at the earliest and get us refund of the same.
