[Resolved] Medplus India — Executive by name "shravani" misbehaved in medplus kr puram branch | |||
I am one of the customer from last 8 years and 2 weeks before i visited to medplus branch, devasandra, k r puram branch in bangalore. I asked one of your executive by name "shravani" for some medicines. She misbehaved a lot, she spoke very arrogantly. She showed lot of attitude. She throwed the medicines. Which i didn't like. I don't want this to happen to any other customers in further. Waiting for your response and action. She is telling she is the most senior and we can't do anything to her. I would to bring to your attention that in the name of suseela who work at royapuram branch.
She doesn't response to the customer needs and emergency.she is very rude along with the other staff.
