Ordred pan with lid got 330 point 8 months ago in pammal medplus (600075) in nalla thambi road

They are yet to give me a confirmation on the email they sent for me on confirmation of ordered the gift to medplus store

Now they are asking (Medplus store) me to send a complaint in this website

I have followed up many times though there was no proper response from the store

I expect a quick response on this issue.
