[Resolved]  Medplus India — Grievance Against Manually Corrected Tax Invoice

Sir,

I usually purchased medicines from your Medplus Stroes situated at 20/9, A.K. Mukherjee Road, Holding No.285, Kolkata-700090.

Now, I raised my grievance for redressal vide Serial Invoice No.[protected] dated[protected]; 10:04:00 wherein system generated bill was issued for Rs. 1041.50 but shop owners manually corrected and took money from me Rs.1062.00. So, my grievance is why your unit of Medplus of 20/9, A.K. Mukherjee Road, Holding No.285, Kolkata-700090 charged extra by correcting manually. I chased for manual correction then staff of this shop said “it is OK”.

This is also to note that every time this practice was done by your nominated this medicine shop.

Your strong intervention is highly appreciated and revert your justified reason ASAP.
