Wanted to buy medication - repeated phone calls went unheeded

Sir, I ama hypertensive and diabetic .I buy monthly medicines worth around 5 thousand rupees from Medplus pharmacy Srinagar Colony Hyderabad.As I need insulin now I called Srinagar Colony phone number about details only to go unheeded despite calling on 10 occasions. I expected more responsible courtesy and service for a regular customer.

Return and purchase of new medicines

My MedPlus Customer Id is 50212769. I have been a regular customer of Medplus for long and have been purchasing bulk medication for my parents. One such occasion was on 16-Oct-2021 for which I have the bill. However, due to a heart attack and other related complications, the previous medications were changed for my father.

When I went to return the medicines and get new ones, I was told that the period for exchange was over...

Rude behavior of the person in medical store

Dear Sir,

Today night around 9 to 9:15 pm I went to Medavakkam Koot road Medplus to buy ORS for my son. There were around 5 customers in the queue but only one staff was present in the shop and he was taking 15 minutes to complete one customer.

I already spent 15 minutes so I asked him very politely that can you give 6 ORS immediately due to urgency. The person in the shop was very rude and replied like I cannot...

Intemperate language used by sales person named SANTOSH at your ngos colony, 100ft road, Hanmakonda store made me angry and exit me the store in a fit of rage.Is this the customer satisfaction u give to your loyal customers?? pls ask him to behave....

Novo pen 4 defective

Address:Old no 49.new no 105.shop no A/3 LB road Adyar Chennai 600 020

I purchased Novopen 4 on 18th Dec 2021 from
Medplus pharmacy LB Road. But found it defective When it is set at 15ml upon injecting it gets stuck either at 8 or 10. Normally it should come to zero. When I took the defective device to the shop from where I purchased and explained to him the problem. He refused to accept my problem and repeatedly telling me he has been selling many pieces. How can such defect be there from the manufacturer....

Poor service

It is completely irresponsible of you to ask number from the customer to complete an order. I am not comfortable to give my number to 10 other guys standing in the queue at the store. I am definitely not buying anything here after at your store...

Medicine not provided due to non sharing my mobile number

Forcing customer to give Phone Number and selling N95 mask more then government mandated

Address:29,Chitlapakkam main road, Rajakilpakkam,Chennai

I bought a N95 mask for kid. At first they said it cost 15 Rs and asked for Phone number during billing but when i didn't give phone number they gave bill for mask as Rs 25. 1. They are forcing customer to give phone number 2. Even though mask rate changed when number not given, the TN government mandated maximum price of N95 mask is 22 Rs but they are selling for 25 Rs....

Short supply of medicine

I purchased six items of medicines from MEDPLUS Pharmacy, 5/1, Ground Floor, Dum Dum Road, Kolkata-700030 vide Invoice no. [protected] & [protected] on 13.11.2021. Out of which Livwyn 150MG Tab was provided 20 numbers but in the invoice cost of 30 numbers medicine was charged. I was in a hurry and went on outstation on that day. After few days I noticed the matter. Please look into the matter.

Non availability of Glinto floor cleaner

This is regarding medicine order OKAMM[protected] through website medplusmart.com. I placed the order on 30th Oct. 2021 and the invoice was prepared by MedplusMart on 31st Oct. 2021 as in the attached invoice.

Store Executive was extremely Rude

Invoice ID:[protected] was delivered with Plavix instead of Clavix. Store has not rectified this even after 7 days. When we called the store today, representative was rude and asked my 73 year old father if he has car or bike? & why cant he come and pick up the medicine himself. When i called the store back and said i will raise a complaint with Medplus, he was rude again & refused to apologize for this behavior & hang up. He even refused...
