[Resolved]  Medplus India — I m complain about insulin not working properly

Dear sir,

My name is m. Rajeshkannan. I am 32 years old. Now i am living in salem district, tamilnadu, india. For the past one year i suffered in diabetic, hence i'm using novo rapid penfill (3ml) and tresiba (3ml). It is very useful for controlling my blood sugar. Every month i bought two pairs of penfills from med plus pharmacy, salem. As usual i bought this novorapid penfill from that store on 27/07/2020. Last six days (From 5/8/2020 to 10/8/2020) i used this penfill. Unfortunately it is not working properly. For example, i maintained my blood sugar was 120 to 130 (After fasting) before using this particular penfill. But now it has suddenly increased. Now my blood sugar level is over 350. So i consulted my doctor with this penfill. He injected one more novorapid penfill on me. That is controlled my sugar. So he says put a complaint on the store. So i went to this medplus store. But they are not given the correct response and also the store says to put a complaint on the manufactured company. But now my health is going very bad. Unfortunately i have one more un-opened penfill also. Now i am scared about this use of penfill. So i request you to accept my remaining units of penfill and replace it without any cost as soon as possible. Because i stopped this insulin. So my health is going down.
Note:

Six months ago the same complaint was put on the other medplus store in kannankurichi, salem dt, tamilnadu. But they have not reacted to this complaint and they simply say it is contaminated. So only i changed to one more branch of med plus pharmacy.

I have detailed study o[censored]sing penfills and i use and store them under your guidance.
