Hi team,
Recently I purchased a Microtek Digital Thermometer from one of your stores. The product was found to be a defective. Although the product says 1 years warranty when trying to return/replace it at your store, the persons at the store is not replacing it and telling we can't do anything, once purchased its not our responsibility.
So my question is it the correct behavior? As a customer when purchasing any product with proper bill from your store, is it wrong to expect any service when clearly defective product is being sold at your end.
Requesting to please look into the concern and provide a quick resolution.
