[Resolved] Medplus India — irresponsible staff at basaveshwara nagar( water tank) outlet, bangalore | |||
My father is purchasing medicine in mediplus from the past 5 years in different mediplus outlets. Previously he purchased medicine for an amount of about 3000/- in water tank(Bangalore) store. The medical staff has issued a bill in which nothing is clearly visible. This was not the first time I have faced this issue. Because of this reason alone my previous medical claim has been rejected thrice in the past by the insurance company. When I went to enquire regarding this issue, the staff where very rude and asked me to complaint to mediplus. They where claiming that they had cartridge issue and mediplus is not sending them proper one. This is clearly a vague excuse and very irresponsible. As much as the medicine issuing proper medical bill is also very important. I have seen already that many customers have already submitted many complaints with respect to this outlet. But I am not sure why mediplus has not taken any steps to rectify the issue. This is very much irresponsible from mediplus. Was this information helpful? | |||
