[Resolved] Medplus India — irresponsible staff / attitude needs to be addressed | |||
We have ordered medicines on 01-jan-2020 by visiting the medplus shop in person @ 29 vathiar kandhapillai street choolai chennai -600 112, phone[protected]. While placing the order the staff mentioned collection will be in 24hours. Today is the third consecutive visit to the shop, but in vain. Every time during our collection the staff says no info. About our order. Staff (M/s. Vinnarasi id# c17599) gives irresponsible answer and not bothered to check the status. Due to this kind of attitude staff, be rest assured medplus will lose potential/loyal customers like us for the past 20years. Kindly take all preventive measure and customer orientation is required for such stuff. Your swift action in this matter is much appreciated.
