[Resolved] Medplus India — low level of customer sensitivity | |||||
Your store manager in arekere mico layout, bangalore is very insensitive. My family has been buying medicines work nearly 3000 a month got the past 12 years from your store. I am cancer patient. My doctor recently changed my medicines. So, i returned three strips one of silybon 140 mg, with 9 tablets, one strip of folvite full, one more strip of folvite with about 70 tablets in it. I wanted to exchange with the new medicines i needed. Your store manager had told me that i will get a call from hyderabad the next day. It is one week now and no one has called me from mediplus hyderabad. Therefore, today i called your toll free number. Then i got a call back. The lady made me speak for 15 minutes and then said she will transfer my call. The second lady again wanted me to explain the whole thing. I told her to talk to the first lady and understand my complaint and then call me back, rather than make me speak for another 15 minutes. She hasn't called me back.
