Dear concern My name is praneetha from hyderabad. My order id is otgmm[protected] i ordered medicine on 1st aug 2017. It's more than 24 hours and still i haven't received the medicine. I did call them two times and ask for a manager or any superior person to talk to and raise the query but staff refused and been rude to me and aggressive. Medplus promise to deliver your order between 4- 24 hours but they never follow this. T basically medplus miss guided customers by saying time frame and never follow.
