I wanted to complaint about Nanded Pune med plus shop. I purchased near about 5000 rs medicines from the store. next day we came to know one of the medicine of rs 525 need to returned as it was already available at home.
when I reached store for the same for first time they said we can not refund as you need to purchase something and even I wanted buy some other medicine but the cost of the medicine is 325 rs. then I asked them that either give me a credit note or refund for remaining amount. then I suggested him, instead of replace, give me refund and place another order for new medicine. I denied and told he need to talk to store supervisor. then he told me he can not call at this time as its 9 pm. he requested me to come at next day morning I will make all the arrangements and will do the needful. next morning I visited the shop and another supervisor was not aware about this as denied refund and also was not ready to talk to store supervisor.
this is happened for the 3rd time. today they give reason that their app does not have support for partial/full refund.
