Medplus India — medicine not exchanged, arrogant staff

Sir, on 28/06/20, i had purchased medicine worth rs2100/- from medplus (Cts no 58, shop no 01, savanur complex, keshwapur, 580023. But on 01/7/20, when i went to exchange pioz7. 5mg with pioz 15 mg, the staff arrogantly refused saying no stock. He further added to come next month and then would be adjusted with new medicines. If i was in urgent need, u need to pay in advance for pioz 15 mg. He had no id card and refused to disclose his name., and when i insistted he told shridhar, which was false i suppose.
