Dear sir,
My customer id.[protected] with med plus.

Dear sir, i purchased medicine s from med plus shop at pallavaram br. Darga road. V ide invoice number [protected] dt 18.01.2020.
For the value of rs1058.00
In their invoice item number 2 neryup od 20 caps cost rs.277.00
The shop delivered 10 cap. Instead of 20 cap. Immediately i contacted the shop they not responded my request of short of medicine.
Now i hereby humbly submitting my complaint against med plus pl.
The cost of medicine rs.138.5. They must refund pl
