[Resolved] Medplus India — medicine not providing as requested by consumer | |||
Dear team, I approached chennai velachery medplus shop to buy augmentine 625 and derphyline # 300mg for my father, he is 70 years old now suffering from severe cough and breathing problem, doctor prescribed to take only 5 days, based on doctor advise i requested medplus to provide 5 tablets but they refused to give derphyline # 300mg 5 tablets instead they are imposing me to buy 30 tablets full strip, i asked the pharmacist why you are not giving 5 tablets, why should i want to buy 30 tablet, 25 extra tablets they are selling to me, when i asked again and again they told they wont cut the strip because this medicine people wont buy frequently, really i am very much frustrated, i dont know how to take up this matter legally, we need permanent solution or this the normal practice in the pharmaceutical field.
