[Resolved] Medplus India — medicines delivery delayed for four days | |
I ordered online important medicines from medplus onine pharmacy, on friday 27 july, 2018, and today is tuesday 31st july and i have not received any of the medicines yet. These are for bp and diabetes. How can medplus be trusted to delivery medicines on time? The tracking of the awb[protected], shows that the medicines were handed over to the courier only on 30th july 2018, almost 3 days after i ordered it. Your advertising of medicine delivery within 24 hours anywhere in india, is false advertising. I want medplus to send me an official apology letter from the managing director and assure me that the medicines will be delivered to me within 24 hours. Or else, i will go to the tribunal.
