[Resolved] Medplus India — mentioning wrong doctor name n misbehaving with my wife | |||
Today ie on 04.02.2018, my wife purchased medicine from medplus unit of optival health solution pvt ltd, 210, gorakshabasi road, kolkata 700028, phone no:[protected], west bengal through a prescription by dr ardhendu bhattacharya. But medplus staff wrongly nentioned dr mridula purakayastha. When bill was handed over to my wife, she pointed out the mistake n wanted corrected bill, the staff midbehaved n did not give the correct bill. After a lot of persuation, they have manually altered the dr. Name. So requesting you to inform us the procedure for change in doctor name in the bill n take action against ur staff so as to prevent them from misbehaving with any patient.
