I have redeemed my points and booked gift on 21 nov 2017 though medplus. That time the customer care executives said that gift will be available in 15 days but till time after 4 months i didn't any news from them. Also i have faced following problems.
1. Customer care executives every time says that it will come in 2-3 weeks but no chance.
2. Customer care executives says will call back after looking back tha database but not a single time they respond.
3. No updates fro medplus regarding gift although they have our phone numbers, mail ids but no chance

    I purchased tablets for my father which costed 7500 RS 30 tablets chemotherapy. MY father died and no one can use those tablets. Already submitted a complaint but no use they are not taking the tablets

    Can you please help me, bcz this tablet can only used by cancer patients and no one can use this.
    When I called to the customer care they said if you open the box we will not be able to take and also like this many Tablets are there. I bought a tablet named PULMOCLEAR which contains 10 Tablets per strip and my father used one after discharge from hospital and he passed away after that.

      Today I had to buy my regular medicines which I've been taking from 17years ie., from childhood for tat I asked the bill to the Pharmacist fa tat reason he made me to stand fa 1 and half with giving medicine and getting cash.People who came b4 bought their medicines and left but he just insulted me b4 them and misbehaved.Kindly take some action against tat person . I've captured the person's face.

        I have ordered for steem cooker at at tarnaka branch. I received phone call the product is ready for delivery than visited the branch the employee asked for id card i have produced id card he demanded for xerox of the id card the xerox center is for way from the location. The employee refuse to give the product the product is not giving to me free of cost the employee is behaved such a rudely as if he is i am a survent to him i am purchase is the every month about 10000/- worth medicines for which the the product is giving to me not at the free of cost.in future i have decided not to purchase any product from medplus the discount is giving other venders also thair no need to purchase from medplus only the behaviour it continues the no will come to medplus. If they really wanted the id card xerox they should have they should have asked while they have informed me at the time of phone call at time of product receipt. My contact no is [protected].

        Ms.Mukundha is the staff of Med plus mogappair west Chennai branch.kindly take necessary actions against such behaviours.

          After getting enough points for laptop bag, they said thats out of stock and its better to wait for 6 months and go for trolley bag. So i boight medicines for 6 months and accumulated 1950 points and now they say, bags arent available. So whats the point of buying medicines. If you arent going to give me a trolley bag, i will take serious actions for wasting my time and money. Id 6787127

            Customer 4262124, m. Padmanabhan. Mob [protected]. Bill amt. Rs989/ dt. Of purchase 6.3.2018 by 13.47.06 hrs. Card had been swiped; only printing receipt had not come in shop's swipe-instrument. Again swiped second time. Fate till now not known. Apart from those two swipes, sales person told, he is not confirm about receipt. Hence collected cash from me (The customer/purchaser). But sms received from the banker states:- rs.989/- debited in my account against pos @ medplus. Repeated requests made to salespersons since 6.3.2018 are not responded. Hence request you to check your accounts and give back credit to the indian bank a/c no.[protected], jawahar nagar branch, chennai 600082, branch code 1461; ifsc idib000p132 micr code[protected], swiped card*3857. Please give back credit to my account for double receipt of value (By cash as well as on card)

              Augmentin duo 625mg tab - 10 (1 box and in box says, 10 tab)
              Out of the above, after reaching home, when i had opened the box, i found only 6 tab against 10 tab
              I called up the outlet today morning and informed them 3 times and no proper response

                On 2nd march at around 8 pm i had been to buy althromycine/erythromycine/ medicine from padmanabhan nagar madiplus branch, bangalore - 560070,
                I took 3 tablets - costing 20 rs, i gave 50 rs at the counter and the person receiving the cash did not return me 30 rs saying he do not have change, he paid me only 20 rs and made me wait for 15 min to get the remaining 10 rs. When i enquire how can they just make me wait for just 10 rs of change for so long?.. He responded saying its not his problem, "if i don't have in my drawer what can i do"... He answered me very rudely.. Its was a very bad experience, they did business from morning till evening and at 8 pm they did not have 10 rs change.. Looks so strange..

                Ritecheck GLUCO strips are not available inediplus store.The store rep proposed to exchange machine with another one for rs 200 and GLUCO strips at rs 510.The machine has to be issued free of cost.Mediplus has to own the responsibility for the non availability of strips.

                Mr. Muralidhar actually NO-ONE will Give Free Replacement for Old Purchased Used Product, atleast MedPlus is Providing New Product with a Very Min. Amt. Charging of Rs.200/- & Providing a Complete New Product to you, I think it Shouldn't be a Problem to you or any one 'coz everybody is accepting it..

                  Untrained staff and worst behaviour people are behaving very badly with customers. This will be very dangerous for society in our regular customer.

                  Even though, co staff member is telling, the idotic not listened.
                  In our staf[censored]dayakumar send one bad word msg to me. I upload that msg in ur photo file.

                      Vijayawada medplus invoice number [protected] on 1/03/2018 customer id 528380. For billing 60 tablets of stanlip they took amount for 70 tablets but gave only 60 to us. Another set of tablets was asked only for 45 but took amount for 60 tablets. After asking them about this they are just simply carelessly telling a useless word sorry. Like this the management have cheated everyone. But due to our glance at the bill we have taken the issue it very seriously. Medplus is a renowned chemist shop but if the management cheats and takes money who will buy from you further. I was a customer of medplus since 2006. I didn’t expected a cheating business from this store in vijayawada. So i request you to look into the matter and not let any management over the country to loot cheaply people’s hardearned money.

                        Dear medplus tea,

                        The employee / medplus franchise owner working in medplus.
                        College road, mv extension, hoskote bangalore rural 562114 is not accepting the credit card.
                        He always asks for the debit card. This is really unfair. If a swiping machine is there what's the problem in accepting a credit card.
                        Credit cards are accepted all over bangalore. Why not in hoskote bangalore rural.
                        Please look into this and solve this problem and make credit card acceptable in in this store.

                          My doctor suggested ten tablets for ten days. I should not take extra. When i went to medplus to buy they are telling we can't cut this it will come on a sheet of 15 tablets now 15 tablets are wasted. Medplus are spoiling indian resources for just money. And i asked the retailer why they are arguing badly take or go. I can stop and buy somewhere no problem but you medplus spoiling my country i will register this complaint in consumer court also.

                          The worst n worst medical in mangalore is medplus. in websites they till 11 it will open. but at 10.30 only they close shop n they were inside doing the parties. then why u people opened the medical.. try to take care of medical staff in jappu market mangalore.

                            Just now I visited Mediplus store at NTR Circle, Vijayawada to purchase ‘Cefoprox- CR’ & Zyrcold each 14 tablets. The shop keep denied of selling 14 tablets stating our company rule is to sell either 10 or 20 tablets. They have the sufficient stock.

                            Kindly resolve my problem, Iam a regular purchaser medicines with mobile number [protected] & [protected] from your mediplus same store.

                            If you can’t resolve my problem I would like to go for consumer forum against your store.

                              My mobile number is [protected] .I want to book rice cooker in mediplus flexi rewards..But from 3months i am asking them to book they are telling it's out of stock call after dec 15th we will book..When i call them on Dec 15th they told call after jan 10th we will book ..When i call on jan 10th they told call after feb 15th we will surely book this time...But today when I call them..They are telling that plz book tawa or steamer...I don't y they started this flexi rewards scheme..I fed up with this..Last time when I want to buy trolley bag...They behaved like this only...And told me to book rice cooker or tawa...But now when I want to book rice cooker...They are telling to other...Plz solve my problem as soon as possible...I want rice cooker...cuatomer care service is also not good..they are not responding well...I lost belief in mediplus...

                              In online it is showing available in hyd...Plz check the pics..But they are telling it's out of stock..Book tawa...Or else once when we get in hyd ...We will send to kadapa...But in its online website they are showing it's available in 4branches..But they are not sending...From 3months they are behaving like this...Ok it's may be out of stock...When customer want they have to get it ...From 3months they are not getting this item...Then why they are showing in medplus flexi rewards items...I didn't understand..Plz help me ...And solve my problem to get rice cooker...

                              I didn't get any response from them...Till today...I called them today to book rice cooker they told that we will book it and u will get that in April 1st week...I said ok to book...She said that I booked it mam..But i didn't get any msg of booking..And i told her..She said msg may not come but it is booked and u will get it in April 1st week...Let's see what happens...Hoping for good

                                There is a big stock of expire medicine and. They never sign the bill by an bpharma guy as the folks dealing and working or illitrates..2 days back i ordered medicine online and still not delivered when i check by visiting the shop they will say it is not approved in system once approved will deliver to home i booked on 15/feb/2018and visited the shop at 10.30 pm on same day. After packing all medicine they said medicine not approved in system will deliver to home once approved on 16/feb/2018 before 4 pm. Today it is 17/feb/2018 and 12 pm still no response.. I have been buying medications from medplus for the past 10 years and this is the first time i am facing the prob.. Because of illitrates (Non bpharma folks) working in shop and i am not sure whether it is legal as i dont see any certificates.. Kindly do an investigation and ensure public nuisance before any patient brought medicine gets killed by consuming non appropriate medicine...

                                  Shop rep did not check the item/qty against order received at their outlet.
                                  Upon arrival it was told that only 14 recd.
                                  I spent 60 rupees to collect the items. Balance 14 will be available later the shop keeper said. Call to be made to check. Date not mentioned. No customer service in this outlet. Pls investige & do the needful.

                                      Respected myself samir khan editor daily janmanthan i had purchased a tablet from a medplus store in pune, ganeshnagar wadgaon sheri. The dr. P. T. Gaikwad (M. S) had prescribed my grandfather a prescription in which he had prescribed a tablet named tab. Trental400mg. The person in medplus store gave a tablet tab. Tegrital 400mg which is totally different medicine for a different problem. Due to which my grandfather was admitted in i. C. U in inlaks and budhrani hospital pune. I have all the evidence and hospital report totally defining that it was a very serious case due to improper tablets taken by the patient. I am going to file a complaint against mediplus pune and against mediplus proprietor in consumer court and police station.

                                        While taking money they will take with in Seconds and while refunding they are taking (55 days waited) these many days

                                        I am still waiting for refund of money, Last month they told me to wait march 5th by giving ARN number. I waited till today they have not refunded me. This is 87th day i am waiting.
