[Resolved] Medplus India — Misbehave and unprofessionalism by medplus staff | |||
I am from sodepur kolkata w. B. Pin-700110. Yesterday, i went to medplus store at amarabati, sodepur. I bought some medicine an amt of 1811 inr. As their sales policy, if you buy above 1000 you will get 20% discount and 10% on above 200. I gave them my prescription and said them for one month medicine. After coming back home, i noticed they give me a wrong medicine. They give me glyciphage g-1 instead of glyciphage pg-1. So, today i went again and they changed my medicine. After coming back home, i noticed that they give me only 10 % discount instead of 20% on my medicine. Which stands that, it's my fault and i changed that medicine by my own. When i went the store again they straightly said we can't help you. You have to take it as your loss. The staff's behavior was too bad and he just pushed their mistake on me..
