[Resolved] Medplus India — money deduction - request refund | |||||
Hi, We have purchased medicine for rs.315 and swiped my credit card in medplus vengalraonagar branch on june 17th 2017, saturday night. I have received a message in my mobile that the amount has been deducted. But in the medplus machine, some error came, so paid the amount in net cash. When i asked for deducted amount after some days they told to submit my credit card transaction statement. I have also submitted. Its being 2 months. So kindly help us to get back the money. Always the in person at store gives false information that the amount is approved and will be provided in 2 days, but its been 2 months.
