I am a regular customer purchasing medicines about rs1500 to 2000/- every month through. On line order in your mugalivakkam chennai 600 125.
Last month as per doctors advise i have ordered inzit 8 mg.40 tablets along with other medicines. While i have taken this inzit 8 mg. I was drowsiness shivering and swetting.
After report this to doctor, he had advised me to take amlong. 5 mg. I have returned all the 39 tabs to mugalivakkam med plus for exchange.
They have exchanged only 30 tabs and refused to consider for exchange of
&the balance 9 tablets in a strip
Stating can not be exchanged due to taken one tab consumed.&the expiry date is september 18th 2018.
In view of explained above, it is requested to consider for exchange the balanced 9 tabs also for considering the valuable customer.

    Dear sir
    I visited the medplus medicine store rathtala, kol-56. The sales person named bikas give me the medicines of wrong order number (Order through online) and next time called me to return the same but denied to back the cash and insist to buy the medicines of correct order number though i request to cancel the online order. I had to meet several times to termite the dispute what was caused due to utter negligence and misguiding.

      I had ordered the product on the 05/09/2017. But the customer care did not start the shipping siting that they were unable to get in touch with me but i had never been contacted by them.in turn seeing that they had not started the shipping i gave a call to the helpline number[protected] and had to get the order approved and tell them to start shipping.
      Today is the 3 day and still the status says that the shipping is in process.

          I am purushottama d n, i went to buy a tablet for fever and cold, after buying the tablets, i have given 10 rs which tablets cost is rs 5 but sales representative denied to give products beause she told us we don't have a change of rs 5 for return back... This is very ridiculous, i have visited many times, 80 % giving same answer

            I had a bad experience last night.
            I ahd 1200 points in my account, but last night some unknown person has mis used my account and has bought products for those points and i am left with zero points.
            I am shocked to know tat a person has used my med plus number and has bought the items. That shop has issued the products without asking the id card and has just issued the items on just like that.
            Since i saw the message i called the med plus call centre and found under which branch the mis use has occured.
            I am very much depressed tat all my valubale points have been mis used.
            The branch where the mis use occured is med plus, bazar road, mylapore, chennai.
            I pitty for all the med plus users, since this could happen for each and evry person, just like by giving the account number u can take ones valuable points, this is not a right way to get the products.
            So i request u to change the order of taking the vluable points items by asking the user to show his\her id card.

              Today morning at 11.15 am we visited 16 th cross lakkasandra, bangalore 560030, we observed that one of the employe is rudely behaving with the customer, we kept quit, after all purchase we have 2000 cash as a payment but immediately he became furious and start shouting that he don't have change, i politely asked if you don't have the sufficient change i will go and get it from outside, but even he his having sufficient change he his not ready to give., i told him that it's a esteemed med company you should not behave like this with the customer sure it will tarnish the image of the company. But he told that when i am here it's my shop so it's my decision if you want take otherwise walkout. And he boldly told that i[censored] want to complaint take my photo also i will not care for anyone. This is the version of your employee.in this connection i am attaching his pic also for your perusal and action. It's left to the great/pioneer in the medical industry company to take care of his image.

                I placed the medicines order from kalyan 421203 dombivli 10 days before for rs 4000+
                Last one year everymonth i place order for rs 4000- avg permonth. I used to get medicines thro fedex within three days with out damage
                They promised me to send within 3 days
                Last time they despatched after 8 days.
                Courier could not deliver and i went personnaly to collect. They started courier thro a substandard courier.
                Entire package got spoiled
                Today at this time 3.51 pm my cell no [protected] kept on hold for 33 minutes
                Your executive is not coming on to the line to speak

                  Medplus gives vide publicity about giving 15% discount if we book online.
                  But it is not correct in case of our kodandaramapura, bangalore. The staff in the branch intentionally delay the delivery. The behavior is very rood. Complaint to call center is not fruit full. I had made on online order at store on sunday. Yesterday i received sms and went to collect. Staff told as because net was bad asked me to collect my order today. By 1200 they unilateraly canceled the order mentioning delay in collection even though it was not my fault.
                  When contacted the call center they told it was a mistake and asked me to collect the same today. When i went i was told the staff who canceled comes in morning and i need to talk to her or to call center. Even though i told that call center had assured me to pick up the delivery he made me wait for 30 minutes before giving the same pack which had been delivered to him previous day and was kept seperately.

                  Staff in the branch are very arrogent. They need to be cautined or else the name of the company is getting tarnished. I have been buying medicines in the same company for more then six years now and i regret the service quality presently being extended in that particular branch

                  I went to the shop at 1930 and was made to wait for 30 minutes and to argue with your staff even after your call center had informed that they have resolved the issue and i can collect the medicine same day evening.

                  from the shop i have tried your call center at least for 20 times but call is not getting connected.

                    I have purchased from medplus for the amount of rs.650. Transaction was done twice on july 11/2017. Refund request was raised. I also received response stating transaction was done twice due to server issue and asked me to wait for 7days for the refund, but still now i have't received my refund and also no proper response from medplus. I also checked with my bank they are stating to contact medplus for this issue.

                    I have purchased in med plus on 11/07/2017 around 6 P. M. Store id: INTNMAS02156(Ramapuram, chennai ). Bill amount is Rs. 650.50, shopkeeper swipped my card for the amount of Rs. 650.00.

                    The transaction was sucessful from my end and amount was debited from my account and i got successful transaction message from my bank. But shopkeeper told they haven't received money and again he swipped my card for Rs. 651.00 and again amount was debited from my account.

                    I informed him regarding two transactions and he gave me the statement from card machine that they have never received for Rs. 650.00 and he suggested me to contact my bank for clarafication/reversal.

                    I have raised a complaint to my bank, they verified and said Rs.650 was claimed by med plus. I have attached my bank statement. Kindly review and refund the amount to my account as soon as possible.

                    I had received a call back today but the issue was not yet fixed. It has been 1and half months, still getting a same status from medplus customer service, stating need to check with back end team. But already i had received mail on 18/07/2017 from medplus Customer service as transaction was done wrongly, but still they are checking with back end team.

                      I visited your outlet at shop no. 2, rutuja park building, karve nagar, pune - 411052 landmark: near vithal mandir.
                      Bill for my medicines war rs. 105/-. So i paid rs.200/- at the counter.
                      The person at the counter demanded 5 rs. Change which i did not have. So i requested him to keep 200/- rs. And write a note of 95/- balance.
                      He refused and insistted i pay 5 rs. Change. Which i did not have.
                      Then i offered to pay by credit card he refused.
                      He bluntly and very arrogantly refused to give me the medicines till i pay 105/- exact amount. And i cud not take my medicine.
                      A very horrifying experience in a medical shop.
                      Plz do sometging to avoid such ugly scenes.

                        Sir, i had purchased 2 sheets of gabaneuron nt 300 mg from medplus (Store id inkablr0005) (Phone[protected]Club road, vijaya nagar, bangalore) on 22nd august 2017. After using 2 tablets, i developed some kind of an allergy and was asked by the doctor to stop using these tablets immediately. However, when i wanted to return the tablets, the store did not accept the return of the sheet wherein 2 tablets were used. They said they cannot accept returns eveb if 1 tablet is used. This does not make any sense at all as they do sell such tablets in small quantities to customers. What should people do if the medicines are changed by the doctors? This is extrely unfair and customers would be left with no choice but dump those unused medicines in the dust bin. Moreover, the staff was extremely rude despite me being a regular customer of medplus for quite some time.

                        I would request you to look into this and provide necessary warning to the store and help me return the unused medicines. This is not about money. This is more about policy and would go a long way in helping many such customers who may want to return expensive medicines in future due to unavoidable circumstances.

                          I am using medplus for past 2 years for medicine purchase for my monthly needs regularly.

                          Yesterday (16-aug-2017) night at 22:30 i received a sms from medplus stating my "reward points of 539.00 have been redeemed for products worth inr 1055.00 on 16 august 2017".

                          This was happened without my knowledge. I have not raised any redemption of my flexi reward points.

                          This activity may happened in medplus, kolathur poombuhar nagar pharmacy.

                          Please enquire and let me know the answer.

                          using abusive language will not be used in any POS & if they're giving damaged products then what you're doing are you a blind that you can't check..
                          more Over NO-ONE will Give Expired products & if in Case i.e., in a rare-cases its also your duty to Check before taking the product...

                            Dear sir,
                            As per the details attached letter to medplus supervisor. I was supplied with damaged medicines by the medplus on 30.7.17. This is not the medplus problem and i am sure this is the manufacturing defect of the medicine by the manufacturer. I have thrown few tablets and one strip got replaced yesterday by medplus. We except a quality medicine from medplus and the replacement of damaged medicines.

                              On 9th august, purchase made at store id:imaphyd00010 (Location:new bhoiguda), mrp for calpol 500mg as per print was 13.07, whereas the bill was made for 13.32 and the bill amount was rounded off to 13.50.
                              Cashier at the store returned my change while again rounding off the bill amount to 15.0, adding a chocolate and refuse to give me the tablets if i am not taking halls chocolate worth 1, as it is of no use to me.
                              Invoice no. For the above incident is #[protected].

                              Request for appropriate action to be taken and hoping for a positive action from the concerned officials.

                                  Not providing proper service and stock problem at store. Few staff have less knowledge about pharmacy.. How you recruit like this staff. Even they don't notice the drug power. Ex i need a 80/5 mg drug and they given me 40/5 and tell us that take two.. But how about 5mg powers double?? Double power also impact to body. If something happens then who will responsible?? Please put proper staff who have proper knowledge..

                                    Dear concern
                                    My name is praneetha from hyderabad. My order id is otgmm[protected] i ordered medicine on 1st aug 2017. It's more than 24 hours and still i haven't received the medicine. I did call them two times and ask for a manager or any superior person to talk to and raise the query but staff refused and been rude to me and aggressive. Medplus promise to deliver your order between 4- 24 hours but they never follow this. T basically medplus miss guided customers by saying time frame and never follow.

                                      I hv booked online on 27 july 2017 by 3:17 pm by order no. Is
                                      Otnmm[protected] for net payment rs.1380.38. When i hv recd the same in shop they said one medicine gibtulio 25 mg tablet is not there, when i had gvn order for 2 pkts, only 1 pkt avble. Ok i agreed. But when putting bill they also avoided 15% discount. This is not mistake, u hv to gv properly which i hv ordered. I had gvn only order by online 15% discount.
                                      One another point be noted that in bill they have some other doctors name, instead what i had in prescription.
                                      Please take necessary action, and return me whatever excess amount taken by that shop.
                                      Am in chennai saidapet: my name: hukamchand p. Age 63.
