[Resolved] Medplus India — new staff behavior | |||
One new female staff joined at (Sodepur, south panshila) medplus. We purchased all the medicine for 1 month (30 tabs) but due to cut of the upper portion of the prescription she rejected to give sleeping pills. I am ok with the action cause doctor name is cutted by child. But after visiting doctor i bring new prescription and i just want to purchase sleeping pills. She again denied to provide the medicine. And she said "if i don't purchase all the medicine she will not provide sleeping one". When i purchased other medicine with cutted prescription why she don't told me the factor. Now i called med plus they told it's new drug rule for sleeping pill i have to purchase other pills as well. But they provide other pills for 30 days already, why should i have to buy all the medicine. Was this information helpful? | |||
