Hi there, am an a age old customer of medplus making legitimate purchases with them on mobile number [protected]. I happened to change my number and got it updated from one of their stores. It was all happy till the time i reached them asking for my old transaction bills to submit towards it submissions. I got to know that they fail to get my bills because merge is not allowed by their application. I because a scapegoat for their inability, and bearing the tax..

I would expect the escalation channel should be perceptible in their website, don't find it at all.
An issue can only be produced once and only once. Is your Customer Care the final authority for a peaceful resolution of the issue? If yes, then this should also be questioned through law..

I happened to redeem my reward points in Oct, 2017 by reaching at their Customer Care. They suggested me to scan through their website and decide a good, I obliged and acted accordingly to finalize on a Cooker. I have been waiting to hear from them on my article. I got depressed and contacted them today (i.e. 23rd Jan, 2018) to understand that they can't get it for me.

1. Isn't it your responsibility to communicate your customers about your inability to serve.

2. What is the actual time of delivery for a booked article.
