[Resolved] Medplus India — Not refunding medicine/ money | |||
Dear Sir, On 03/07/2021, Saturday, I had bought 15 Amclawyn 625mg from a Medplus store(Store ID: INWBHWH00005; Khaitan No 54038, Dag No 22572, Mouza Bally, J.L. No 14, West Bengal) which the store clerk informed me was a medicine of similar composition to Clavam 625, which was what I had actually demanded. But, when consulted with the doctor after the purchase, he said they were not equivalent and Amclawyn and Clavam could not be used interchangeably. But, when I asked to exchange it on 04/07/2021, Sunday, the salespersons refused, claiming that the machine would not accept its exchange or refund. But, this is not the fault of a customer such as I and I should not have to accept this. Please look into this urgently and hence oblige.
