[Resolved] Medplus India — order not reached store | |||
Hi, I have placed an order on www.medplusmart.com (Order id otnmm[protected]) on 25th aug. The ordered medicines hadnt reached the store till aug 29th. I checked the online order status and it still shows the order had been retained by tndmta and it hadnt moved out of city. I ahvent received any notification regarding the delay. I called the concerned stores, where it should have reached in 24 hours and they have no clue either. Ultimately, we need to buy medicine from outside shop, inspite of paying online.
