[Resolved] Medplus India — Order Number 3453577 | |||
Ordered my monthly medicines on 30th June and got a message that it is ready for pickup on 1st July. Today i.e. On 3rd July to collect the medicines in MedPlus Keelkatalai, chennai, Tamilnadu - 600117. But the sales person told me that medicine is not available and told me that order is cancelled. This is never acceptable and very disappointed with Medplus. I am one of the customer for more than 3 years and didn't expect this from Medplus. But I would need the ordered medicine by today EOD at any cost. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jul 3, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved There was a mistake done by the Medplus retail store sale person and got the medicines now MedPlus India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
