This is in ref. To my previous order (#otnmm[protected]) & preceding orders too; i am not getting the 20% discount you promised for online orders especially for gyclritegp2 sr tablets; this is happening again & again & i checked with your outlet in chennai-600034 where i pick up the medicines & they also said i should have got 20% discount instead of the 15% discount but couldn't explain ; hence this complaint asap. Please "do" ensure the discount of 20% in subsequent orders; besides crediting the excess charges to my account such that i this credit gets discounted in my next purchase.
