[Resolved] Medplus India — product not delivered on time and cancelation refused | |||
Hi team, I have ordered products on 14 march 2020 through medplus app, as per app product get delivered on same day. But it was not delivered even though product dispatch to nearby store only 2.4 km from my place. So as product not delivered i requested customer care executive to cancel the order and refund my money. They not canceling even after multiple chase and mail. As per them i will get the order on monday but on monday i won't be available in city. But they are not canceling and not listening.
