Medplus India — Received used & damaged product & not processing return

Hi Team, ON 9th September 2022 I received seal broken, used & damaged AccuSure Nebulizer-JL so the same day I raised complaint to process return but it is not addressed yet. No update on complaint raised and no proper answer from customer care as well. All they are saying is we are looking into it.
Your policy says within 24 hrs return will be processed but its not happening.

I have attached screenshots of product on your portal for complaints.

Your customer support team is not helping at all. Giving me same answer for the last 4 days. What do is " the concerned team" at MedPlus which is looking in my complaint but not giving solution
