[Resolved] Medplus India — Redeeming flexi reward points | |||||
My medplus id is 5037649. I am using this id more than seven years. I have 660 flexi reward points. I booked a laptop bag which was in their website reward list to redeem these points into reward through customer care on feb 15 2017. They said will receive it within a month. But i didn't receive it. I am keep on following their customer care they said u will receive it. Finally on 25th may2017 they concluded ur order was cancelled. They r giving options to choose kitchen appliances or their products which is not useful for me. They r telling ur reward points will expire on 31st may 2017. They r simply giving false promises and wasting our time in followup and finally forcing me to choose their products. So i request to take necessary steps to solve this issue.
