Dear concern
My name is Himanshu Patel from Ahmedabad. My order id is 321134. I ordered medicine on 29th May 2017. Its more than 48 hours and still i haven't received medicine. I did call them two times and ask for manager or any superior person to chat with and raise the query but staff refused and been rude to me and aggressive. His name was Shabbir. Medplus advertise that they will deliver your order between 4- 24 hours but they never follow this. This is second time happend to me. Basically medplus miss guided customers by saying time frame and never follow.

    I have purchased diaper adult from your medplus cholambedu road, ambattur, chennai on 18/05/2017 using my indian bank debit card for rs.522.00. They have swiped double time and amount has been debited from my account twice and when enuired i am not getting proper response and your people asking me to check with my bank. I am purchasing medicines from your medplus for the last 2 years and my average purchase per month is rs.1500 to rs.2000.

        Redeeming flexi reward points

        I am a regular customer for medplus and buy medicines for the discount price on online and collect medicines from Medplus, Battachari Street, Ayanavaram, Chennai-600023 which is near by my house. On 13.05.2017 when I went to pick my order No.3106639 at 08.00 pm, the sales man (one short fellow) I think his name is Murugan made me to wait for a long time more than half an hour, attending other customers. For the past five months he is behaving like this manner only. This month I lost my patience and asked him for not attending my online order. Immediately he started abusing me in a very bad way without giving any respect for my age and also told that online customers have to wait and will not be attended like other customers who pay cash and you can give complaint to any body and nobody can shake me. After this incident I immediately called Medplus Customer’s Care No.[protected] and gave a complaint to Mr.Subham Mohb who has attended my call.

        In this regard, I request you to take necessary action against this person because the way he talked in front of others hurts me a lot and also your company’s reputation will get spoiled by giving room to such persons. I except feed back from your end.

            I didnt understand the meaning of home delivery, and how a patient like me to go and collect medicine. If i can go out and do it, i would have purchased this tablet from near by medical shop.

              I'm from chennai.
              Recently visited medplus, for my mother's ent prescription.

              Instead of cefzi tablet, i was given cetirite tablet.

              Just like everyone i believed the medicine they gave was correct and left the shop.
              Fortunately one of the prescription was not available in medplus and so i visited another medical shop. That is when i came to know that i was given a wrong medicine.

              Immediately i went to medplus and enquired on how this mistake had happened.
              They explained to me that they used to search their library with the prescription, and when the exact medicine isn't available with them, they get related/suggested medicines from the server.
              This is how they gave me a wrong medicine which totally unacceptable.

              If the medicine isn't available with them should have informed me, instead of giving the medicine suggested by their server!

              We people believe the pharmacies and don't always crosscheck the medicines against the prescription. Which is also difficult with some doctors handwriting.

              I request medplus to educate their employees and this error to not occur in future.

                I tried to contact Malamaddi branch Dharwad, Karnataka since morning, no response from them. Then contacted customer care department twice, there was no response. First time I spent 1.36 mins and second time 1.54 mins.

                I wanted to know about the position of the drugs that I had ordered online on 28th last month.

                Totally I have wasted nearly three precious minutes on STD calls. Was it necessary?

                Further, you advertise your organization at our cost when we dial the customer care department. This is rediculous.

                  Hi there, i am a regular customer for medplus. I love to buy always here for the discount price. But for the past 5 months, inbetween two to three times i got insult from this branch. This branch is located in jaffrekhanpet, near sbi atm, ashok nagar, ch-83. Today one person, i dont know his name, but he looks dark and very lean. He got angry when i asked him another tablet. He started abusing me in a very bad way. And then the way he threw the tablets on me, it was horrible. Always this guy never give respect. Please take necessary action against this guy. Thanks

                    I am very much upset with the customer care service you have and the policies you have which are not at all customer friendly.

                    I got a broken Dabur Honey 500 gm jar on 8th April and raised complaint on the same day with picture.
                    After 6 days you sent the new product and wanted the old item as it is.

                    I just want to know, how do your policies expect to keep the broken item with left over honey to keep for 6 days? It was half broken and maximum honey was already came out of the jar and spilled all over the cartoon. your representatives (and so called policies) should have the common sense to understand that.
                    Moreover, I dint get any communication from your side after I sent the mail, that I need to keep the left over honey which was full of broken tiny glasses .Still I kept it for 4 days and then due to hygienic issue, I have to clear to the jar.
                    Do you guys think we have consumed the honey that is full of broken glasses? may be you can do that but sorry we dont consume that type of product.

                    It was a mistake from your side. You should exchange the item or issue refund without asking any second question.
                    But opposite to that, one of your lady customer care representative talked quite carelessly and rudely. You guys dont have any proper communication among your representatives where one person said they will refund/issue new item even if at least the broken jar is there and another is saying we cant do it without the honey inside it. Even she told my mails dint reach you that is why I dint get any ticket number whereas another person checked the images I sent to you in email of broken jars.

                    I want to know what is going on ? This way you will continue in this competitive market ? I am a long time customer of medplus and always used to shop from your store.This was the first time I tried your online service where i expected the same level of service. But I must say it is pathetic and i will never use your service going forward and will even discourage my friends and family to avoid purchasing from this pharmacy which I thought as a reputed and customer supportive farm.

                    Its not matter of 200 rupees I spent on the product ; Its about customer trust and make your customer happy where you have failed miserably.

                      The pharmacy agent was very rude they don't know good etiquette. One of the ruddiest behavior I've came across. I'll never ever buy my medicines from that store.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        I had ordered Nebistar SA 5 MG tablet, but the tablet which got delivered was Nebistar 5 Mg. I had raised this concern to your team. One of the customer support exectuives, asked me to go to the nearest medplus store and exchange it . I went to the store based on this. I was embarrased stating they do not do exchanges with the online order. I had immediately called the customer care to sort this out.. Now other executive, he asked me to place an order online for any amount more than the product, so I had made another order. I called your customer care to let them know that i have ordered and asked them to make a note on the exchange so I will not have to explain it to the delivery guy. The custome care exec said the note was already mentioned.. The delivery guy came to deliver the product and I gave him the old medicines and the balance cash. he did nt accept the old medicines.. He was there at my place for 1 hour (where both o[censored]s were trying to reach the customer care) and finally i beleive a gentleman called Karthik said the issue is escalated and he had requested me to make the full payment for this order and for my exchange - he said the issue has been escalated and they will get me a response by monday..

                        It has been more than 2 weeks now but none had called me till date. So I called the customer care today and Bhavani spoke to me . She said she will give me a call back in 5 mins. Waited for 1 hour and called the customer service back and waited for 3 -4 mins to get connected to Bhavani. she says that she is not able to connect tot he back end team.

                        So now what do you expect me to do regarding this ?? we are not beggars here. for the wrong delivery you have made you made me spend some additional amount but still you have not replaced it with the medicine i had wanted. It is not a mtter of 234 Rs but the time and trust we have on online shopping.

                          I am a common man customer of medplus medical stores, alandi road bhosari, pune.on date of 02/03/2017 at time 6.15 pm at evening.i purchased some tablet of rs 115 .50. but by mistake of that medical stores person he firstly swipe my card for rs 155.50 and after the bill generation when he knows that he made mistake then he cancelled my payment but the payment is debited from my account.after that he swipe my card for rs 115.50 which is the original bill .so he said me that if rs 155.50 payment debited by my account i will get credited it after some days.but till date i dont receive any payment.when i ask them about that they rudely harreshing me and told me that ask in my bank but bank personnel saying that payment will not be credited in my account as payment is gone of rs 155.50 already.so can anyone give me justice.

                            On 21st March, 2017 at 645 pm I purchased medicines worth 136/- from your Hubli-Deshpandenagar outlet and my Visa Credit Card was swiped by your Sales Assistant Mr Kumar and after waiting for couple of minutes again swiped my Card twice payments were affcted at 6-45 & 6-47 as observed by me in my payment alert messages by my Bankers. When I brought this fact to his attention he expressed his helplessness and asked to wait for couple of days . Again on 26th March I visited you outlet for seeking refund your other Salesman who refused to disclose his name (appears to be Muslim) and for these matters I have to contact Medplus Head office, hence this complaint.
                            I am a reguler Client os Medplus Hubli purchased more than 50000/- worth medicines, since last couple of years (my no 5650566). I am a retired General Manager of Syndicatebank and settled at Hubli now. OPlease look into my complaint and refund 136/ to me early. Cash memo was not given to me as Sales peopel were busy at that time-

                              I really wonder if the discounts provided online are genuine the so called discount of 15% for more than 1k amount.

                              I went to a near by medplus and brought a strip ofretu glimsave m 3mg tab (15 tabs) for rs. 105.44.

                              If i book the same product online after discount of 10% rs.115.97. The difference in staggering rs.10 per strip.

                              Mrp as per the stores is $117.15 and online it is rs.128.86.

                              So i do not know if the discounts are for real in online or just a flawed system in place for online shopping.

                                Complaint against medplus near muthiyalpet police station, broadway dated 19/03/17 11.45AM my booking Id is 31546699.The sales girl present there is not dealing in good way I purchased certain tablets and the bill was put, the girl did'nt give exact change instead she gave vicks chocolates its happening all around the year..she behaved in a rough manner so that provoked me to do the same now i have purchased in medplus sevenwells branch kindly check the last but one of billing with the above said Id and kindly take action upon the sales girl...

                                  Worst behavior of staffs, as if you are doing favors to them by going to them.

                                  Most importantly they will not cut the medicine strip even if you need less than 10 tablets or so and you will be forced to buy whole strip. What a waste of money.

                                  Secondly even if you buy the whole strip & your doctor changes the medicine in mid way, they will not take them back if you have remaining tablets after taking few.

                                  Isn't this illegal for drug retailers. Not sure if there is any law on drug retailers on this or not.

                                  Overall only go to MedPlus if you no other option. Better talk to local medical shops, since they give better service & discounts as well.

                                    I have initially order a laptop back by redeeming my reward points on Jan 22nd 2017, however with no reason product has been cancelled in Feb and a new ordered has been placed stating order will be delivered with in a week.
                                    Its been more than 2 Months still the ordered product has not been delivered and each time when I call customer care they are giving wrong promises stating will be reached with in a Week.

                                    Its been frustrating for me to get wrong promises and unnecessary delay.

                                    I am fed up with the service provided my MedPlus. Very bad experience.

                                      Today I approached Ms. Nagalakshmi, sales staff @ Sarpavaram Br for Crestor 10 mg tabs- 20 which costs approx RS. 270 for 20 tabs. She refused to sell 20 tabs instead she suggested me purchase another brand medicine which costs just Rs. 100 for tabs of 30.

                                      Here I would like to state in case of change of medicine relates to B P or Collestral it is to be changed only at the behest of regular doctor but not the sales staff at counters. Even though I tried to explain this point, she refused to listen forcing me to purchase medicines at opposite medical shop.

                                      I am customer of Medplus for 5 yrs. The acts of Ms. Nagalakshmi is against the interest of the Company which deserves through enquiry.
