[Resolved] Medplus India — Redeeming rewards | |||
I have initially order a laptop back by redeeming my reward points on Jan 22nd 2017, however with no reason product has been cancelled in Feb and a new ordered has been placed stating order will be delivered with in a week. Its been more than 2 Months still the ordered product has not been delivered and each time when I call customer care they are giving wrong promises stating will be reached with in a Week. Its been frustrating for me to get wrong promises and unnecessary delay. I am fed up with the service provided my MedPlus. Very bad experience. Was this information helpful? | |||
