Medplus India — Refund against double transaction against purchase not received

W.r.t mentioned subject purchase dated on 21st August 2020 at 7.15pm in mediplus shamshabad (Pin code - 501218) of INR2276 through phone pay using the link shared by stores guy naming mallesh (contact number - [protected]) and transaction was successful from my end( order I'd: QMISR7HM, phone pay transaction I'd : P2008211851345644990174) but he claimed print cannot able to as due to issue at mediplus end amount not credited and the same will get refund for that he gave manual reciept with seal and signature (refer reciept copy image) and also he asked me to do one more time payment which I did through debit card(refer attached screen shots of statement and phone pay transaction details), but amount of INR2276 still not refunded even after follow up with above said person, in case of any queries please let me know
