[Resolved]  Medplus India — Refund not received even after 30 days

1. You took the order (&payment) for the item which is not in stock
2. Sent a (false) message that the item has been shipped to stores, from where i can pick up the item
3. When I went to stores for pickup, i was told the item is not available, and they cancelled the order.
4. When i contacted customer support, i was told that i order is cancelled because of my fault, that i didn't pick up from store within 2 hours of receiving message (another false update)

this is the information received from customer support. No useful information to track from my bank

PayU payment gateway does not provide support to individuals. that website says this transaction id [protected] is wrong.
Kindly share with me the UPI transaction id through which my payment was refunded.

Received the 12 digit UPI transaction id from the customer support and then i was able to track the refund from bank.
MedPlus India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Your reply is a standard robatic reply. there is no seriousness in it. even after sharing the customer id and orderid, there is no update (UPI ID 12 digits) about the refund even after 4 days are over.
