[Resolved] Medplus India — refund of money against double transactions

This is about double transaction on money payment for tablets through credit card of Rs. 1016/-, i Complained to customer support regarding this they are not bothered about this, if we call any time they will tell us wait for one week it will refund, fully negligence about customers, i waited for 45 days still i didn't got the refund money.
buyed date on: 31/12/2017
store location: yelahanka old town (Front of post office)
Store wender made double tranaction due to not got the bill

Updated by kkraj2468 i got call from customer care on 17/02/2018, they told with in today evening(Monday) they will refund me, i am waiting for it.

Updated by kkraj2468 I waited till today(21/02/2018), i didn't got any call from coustomer care, by this i got to know how they are negligible about coustomers. I am thinking to go for Legal.
While taking money they will take with in Seconds and while refunding they are taking (55 days waited) these many days

waiting is not patience it is trust.

Updated by kkraj2468 I am still waiting for refund of money, Last month they told me to wait march 5th by giving ARN number. I waited till today they have not refunded me. This is 87th day i am waiting.
